Ugly Dip


This recipe came from my friend Judy.  It's one of our favorite dips and is so easy.  I usually double the recipe because it goes quickly!

2 c. Mexicorn - undrained
1/2 c. mayonaise
1/2 c. sour cream
pinch of sugar
chopped jalapeno (I use 5-10 slices from jar and if I'm in a hurry, I just use a little juice!)
sliced green onion (optional)
2 c. cheddar cheese

Mix all together and chill in refrigerator for a least an hour.  Serve with scoop size corn chips.
